Marketscope was set up in year 2001 by an enthusiastic team of professionals with solid marketing research and consulting background.
The professional attitude and the flexible and dedicated approach of our experienced staff have contributed to company’s success in the past years, making marketscope a fast-growing company with high expectations.
Currently, we are a full service market research and consulting agency focused on providing valuable support to both incumbent players and market entrants in a wide range of industries.
The in-depth understanding of market dynamics enables us to efficiently combine our knowledge with innovative research and consulting approaches in order to carry out complex projects involving difficult issues and markets.

Interviewer Network & Facilities
Enhanced resources and strong quality assurance procedures
We have gradually developed a nationwide network of 1000 active interviewers, coordinated by a Field Manager and 4 Project Managers backed up by 6 Area Managers and 47 City Managers. Our network covers all cities above 50,000 inhabitants in Romania with local personnel (interviewers, checkers and supervisors) and is currently one of the widest active network available in Romania.
A separate team ensures continuous quality control operations for each project and for each particular interviewer. Our total commitment to quality assurance is backed up by our “100% fieldwork checking” policy which ensures the highest standard of accuracy for our data collection processes.
Extensive data input capabilities have also been developed via our network of specialized data input operators. We are able to process up to 10,000 questionnaires per day which translates into fast delivery of the quantitative research findings.
Other worth mentioning resources include a dedicated CATI facility – a call center with 30 workstations located in Bucharest. Moreover, we have also invested into CAPI capabilities and are currently able to conduct large-scale CAPI projects within reasonably short timeframes.
As for qualitative research facilities, we benefit from one of the most technologically advanced focus group facility in Romania and in Eastern Europe. To better serve our customers, we are currently implementing a proprietary messaging service allowing real-time communication between the client and the moderator.
